Meet Melody Rivera
Melody Rivera is an accomplished and dynamic healthcare executive finance leader who has cultivated relationships and leveraged her network as a key driver to growth throughout her career. Melody founded Latinas in Healthcare™ to create a space for folks to share their Latina identity and navigate their own healthcare careers with the encouragement and support of other Latinas who can identify with their lived experiences.Â
Latinas in Healthcare™ is a membership-based network aimed at increasing the number of Latinas in healthcare throughout all levels of their respective organizations with the vision of creating healthcare systems reflective of the communities they serve.
Melody is a native New Yorker from Williamsburg, Brooklyn and an amateur photographer with a love of travel (but huge dislike of flying). To date she’s visited 23 states and 14 countries -- and counting. She currently resides in the Bronx, New York with her husband Walter.
